We have designed and manufactured our Basecamp products with performance in mind and are pleased to offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects (covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use). Warranty Claims must be made within 1 year of the original order purchase date.


Warranty Claims

The 1-year limited warranty provided by Basecamp only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Basecamp products, caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God. Warranty claims will only be approved by Basecamp if the product was purchased from an authorized retailer.

In no event shall Basecamp be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Claims and Return Process

Warranty Claims must be initiated within 1 year of the order purchase date.

To start the Warranty Claim Process, please contact our Claims Department (claims@swedausa.com) for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all Warranty Claims and Returns; without RMA Number, Warranty Claims and Returns will not be processed.

We recommend selecting a track able shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete. Customer is responsible for return freight charges; shipping charges are NOT refundable; We do NOT accept COD deliveries.

Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after your return has been received and reviewed.

Warranty items will be replaced by the same style, size, and color Basecamp item. If the style, size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar style, size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value.
